[Class 146 (iii).] In a collapsable-sac self-filling fountain pen, the sac e and an outflow tube g are carried by a sleeve f adapted to be removed from the barrel for filling purposes, the tube g projecting from the end of the sleeve f and entering an aperture in the end of the feed-bar b in communication with the duct leading to the nib. Leakage of ink into the barrel is prevented by a packing- ring k on the sleeve f and a spring m in the removable head d of the barrel. The end of the sac is clamped between the outflow tube g and the tapered end of the sleeve f. The sleeve is formed with a cut-out section f<1> to expose the pressure-bar h and spring i.
