348,528. Supporting aircraft. VIGNALE, O. R., 44, Oakfield Road, West Croydon. Feb. 10, 1930, No. 4385. [Class 4.] An aeroplane of normal design is provided with a horizontal airscrew K which may be rotated by the propelling engine of the aeroplane to force air upwardly into a dome B arranged above the airscrew K and secured to the machine by struts. The airscrew hub rotates on a shank fixed to the machine and to the dome B.
