[Class 44.] The fastener 7 is pivotally mounted at 8 on one flange 5 of an angle attachment plate which is applied to a metal casement frame by inserting the other flange 6 in a slot 11 in the frame (the flange lying between the edge of the pane 4 and the frame), and securing it by screws 10 accessible when the window is open.
