588,898. Draught excluders. BRIGHT, T. J. R. April 9, 1945, No. 5966. [Class 20 (iii)] A draught-excluding strip comprises a substantially flat or angle or channel-shaped marginal portion 1 attached to a flange 6 secured in the door opening, and part-tubular or channelshaped parts 2 and 3 which are engaged by the closing door so that their ends 4, 5 press against the flange 6. A trimming cover strip 7 may be provided. When the marginal portion is angle or channel-shaped a carpet or other floor covering may fit into the angle or channel and by its weight help to maintain the draught excluder in position.
