Abstract

239,346. Nagel, A. H. Aug. 19, 1924. Draught excluders. - Doors and casement windows are rendered draught-proof by a projecting felt strip 5 on a spring-pressed metal plate 3 housed in a U-shaped casing 1 which is screwed to the jamb or frame. The felt is secured between the plates 3, 4 by rivets, and the plate 3 is carried by the screws 2 in slots 7 or enlarged holes in the plate so as to abut against the closing edge of the door &c.
