Abstract

Attaching to articles.-In hinged-sliding windows the bottom and sash is detachably hinged to the frame by means of hinges 2, Fig. 3, detachably fixed to the frame by screws engaging recessed slots 8<a> and provided with open ended slots 9 to receive screws on the sash. The slot 8<a> and 9 are duplicated to adapt the hinges for use with right or left-hand opening sashes.
