Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, an annular auxiliary clamping portion 31 is integrally formed at one end of the connection sealing ring 3 close to the stuffing box joint 4, specifically, the auxiliary clamping portion 31 is connected to an inner side edge of the connection sealing ring 3, and a clamping mating surface 32 is formed at an outer side of the auxiliary clamping portion 31 in an inclined manner, an inclined height of the clamping mating surface 32 is close to the connection sealing ring 3, and in order to be mated with the auxiliary clamping portion 31, a clamping active surface 41 abutting against the clamping mating surface 32 is formed at one end of the stuffing box joint 4 close to the connection sealing ring 3, the clamping active surface 41 is disposed at an inner side edge of the stuffing box joint 4, after the clamping active surface 41 abuts against the clamping mating surface 32, inner side edges of the auxiliary clamping portion 31 are drawn close to each other, so that the auxiliary clamping portion 31 clamps an external connection first in a process of rotating the stuffing box joint 4, then, the part of the wiring sealing ring 3 which is gradually far away from the stuffing box joint 4 can clamp the external wiring in sequence, so that the wiring sealing ring 3 can clamp the external wiring more tightly, and the air tightness in the accommodating cavity 11 can be kept better.
The implementation principle of the combustible gas detector in the embodiment of the application is as follows: the staff can establish remote communication with the wireless communication module 22 through a user terminal such as a mobile phone, and the wireless communication module 22 can send parameter information of the combustible gas, for example, a concentration value of the combustible gas to the mobile phone, so that the staff can remotely monitor the combustible gas detector in real time, for example, when the concentration value of the combustible gas exceeds the standard, the staff can timely know the situation of the site, and thus, the potential safety hazard can be solved more quickly; in addition, the thickness of the protective casing 1 is relatively thick, so the communication capacity of the wireless communication module 22 is not easily weakened by the arrangement of the antenna assembly 23, and thus, the worker can normally perform remote monitoring on the combustible gas detector in a place where the network cable is not convenient to arrange.
Embodiment 2, referring to fig. 3 and 4, differs from embodiment 1 in that: an extension groove 7 and a clamping groove 8 are formed in the inner wall of the connecting hole 14, specifically, the extension groove 7 comprises a first extension portion 71 and a second extension portion 72, one end of the first extension portion 71 is communicated with the outside, and the other end of the first extension portion extends towards the direction close to the accommodating cavity 11 along the central line of the connecting hole 14; one end of the second extension part 72 is communicated with one end of the first extension part 71 close to the accommodating cavity 11, and the other end extends around the central line direction of the connecting hole 14; the catching groove 8 is provided on an end of the second extension portion 72 away from the first extension portion 71, and a sectional area of the catching groove 8 is larger than that of the second extension portion 72.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in the present embodiment, a plurality of mounting grooves 9 are respectively formed on two opposite side walls of the extending groove 7, and the mounting grooves 9 on different side walls are distributed in a staggered manner along the extending direction of the extending groove 7, but the mounting grooves 9 are not formed at the first extending portion 71 and the second extending portion 72 to form the transition region 10, so that a structural foundation for connecting the sensor assembly 21 or the alarm 24 on the protection housing 1 is formed.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the connecting assembly 6 includes two elastic clamping blocks 62, a plurality of sealing blocks 63, a spring 64, a connecting column 65 and a clamping rod 66, the two elastic clamping blocks 62 are respectively fixed on two opposite side walls of the clamping groove 8, and the elastic clamping blocks 62 are adjacently arranged at a communication position of the clamping groove 8 and the second extending portion 72; the sealing blocks 63 are respectively arranged in the mounting grooves 9, wherein one end of the sealing block 63 is slidably connected in the mounting groove 9, and the other end can abut against the side wall of the extension groove 7, in the embodiment, one end of the sealing block 63 away from the bottom of the mounting groove 9 is provided with a locking guide surface 631 and an unlocking guide surface 632 in an inclined state, wherein the locking guide surface 631 faces to the communication between the first extension part 71 and the outside, and the unlocking guide surface 632 faces to the communication between the first extension part 71 and the second extension part 72.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, a spring 64 is arranged in the mounting groove 9, one end of the spring 64 is fixedly connected with the sealing block 63, the other end of the spring 64 is fixedly connected with the bottom of the mounting groove 9, and the spring 64 can enable one end, far away from the bottom of the mounting groove 9, of the sealing block 63 to abut against the side wall of the extension groove 7; one end of the connecting column 65 is fixedly connected with the sensor component 21 or the alarm 24 (refer to fig. 1), and the other end is arranged in the connecting hole 14 in a penetrating way; clamping rod 66 is the cylinder shape, and clamping rod 66 one end fixed connection is on the week side outer wall of spliced pole 65, and the other end slides and sets up in extending groove 7 to can slide into draw-in groove 8 along extending groove 7, wherein when clamping rod 66 and locking guide face 631 and unblock guide face 632 butt, sealing block 63 can slide back in mounting groove 9, in order to dodge clamping rod 66.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, when sensor assembly 21 or alarm 24 (see fig. 1) is to be mounted on protective housing 1, connecting rod 65 is first inserted into connecting hole 14, clamping rod 66 is slid into first extension 71, connecting rod 65 is then gradually moved toward receiving cavity 11, in the process, clamping rod 66 abuts against locking guide surface 631 to slide sealing block 63 back into mounting groove 9, so clamping rod 66 can move in the direction of transition area 10 of first extension 71, when clamping rod 66 moves to transition area 10, then connecting rod 65 is rotated, clamping rod 66 moves in the direction of clamping groove 8 along second extension 72, when clamping rod 66 enters into clamping groove 8, two elastic clamping blocks 62 clamp clamping rod 66, so as to achieve the purpose of fixing sensor assembly 21 or alarm 24 (see fig. 1) on protective housing 1, in addition, in this design, the sealing performance at the extension groove 7 and the card groove 8 is improved by arranging the plurality of sealing blocks 63 in an interlaced manner, so that the airtightness of the connection between the sensor assembly 21 or the alarm 24 (see fig. 1) and the protective case 1 can be maintained.
In addition, in the present embodiment, in order to further improve the connection stability between the sensor assembly 21 or the alarm 24 and the protective case 1, two connection assemblies 6 are symmetrically arranged with respect to the center line of the connection hole 14.
The above embodiments are preferred embodiments of the present application, and the protection scope of the present application is not limited by the above embodiments, so: all equivalent changes made according to the structure, shape and principle of the present application shall be covered by the protection scope of the present application.

Claims (10)

1. A combustible gas detector, characterized by: including protection casing (1), protection casing (1) is provided with and holds chamber (11), it is provided with circuit control board (2) in chamber (11) to hold, circuit control board (2) integration has:
the system comprises a processor and a controller, wherein the processor is used for receiving and processing signals, the controller is used for receiving control signals of the processor, and the controller executes control instructions;

the wireless communication module (22) is connected with the processor and is used for receiving the parameter information of the combustible gas processed by the processor and remotely sending the information;
an antenna assembly (23) connected to the wireless communication module (22).

The combustible gas detector of claim 1 wherein: an alarm (24) is integrated on the circuit control board (2), the alarm (24) is connected with the controller, and the alarm (24) is used for receiving a control instruction of the controller and sending an alarm signal; the circuit control board (2) is provided with a display screen (25); the display screen is characterized in that a display hole (12) is formed in the inner wall, close to the display screen (25), of the protection shell (1), and explosion-proof glass (121) is arranged at the position, close to the display hole (12), of the protection shell (1).

The combustible gas detector of claim 1 wherein: the protective shell (1) is provided with a wiring groove (13) for an external 220V wiring to penetrate, and a through hole (131) communicated with the accommodating cavity (11) is formed in the bottom of the wiring groove (13); a tubular wiring sealing ring (3) and a stuffing box joint (4) are arranged in the wiring groove (13), the wiring sealing ring (3) is arranged on the inner wall, close to the accommodating cavity (11), of the wiring groove (13), and one end, close to the accommodating cavity (11), of the wiring sealing ring (3) is abutted to the bottom of the wiring groove (13); stuffing box connects (4) threaded connection keep away from in wiring groove (13) hold on the inner wall of chamber (11), stuffing box connects (4) and is used for the extrusion wiring sealing washer (3) to make the inboard shrink of wiring sealing washer (3).

The combustible gas detector of claim 3 wherein: an annular auxiliary clamping part (31) is arranged at one end, close to the stuffing box joint (4), of the wiring sealing ring (3), the auxiliary clamping part (31) is connected to the edge of the inner side of the wiring sealing ring (3), and a clamping matching surface (32) which is obliquely arranged is arranged on the outer side of the auxiliary clamping part (31); the stuffing box joint (4) is close to one end of the wiring sealing ring (3) is provided with a clamping active surface (41), the clamping active surface (41) is arranged on the inner side edge of the stuffing box joint (4), the clamping active surface (41) is abutted against the clamping matching surface (32), and the inner side edges of the auxiliary clamping parts (31) can be drawn close to each other.

The combustible gas detector of claim 2 wherein: the protective shell (1) is provided with a connecting hole (14) communicated with the accommodating cavity (11), and the connecting hole (14) is provided with a connecting assembly (6); the connecting assembly (6) is used for enabling the protective shell (1) and the sensor assembly (21) to be detachably connected with air tightness, and the connecting assembly (6) is used for enabling the protective shell (1) and the alarm (24) to be detachably connected with air tightness.
7. The combustible gas detector of claim 6 wherein: coupling assembling (6) including connecting stud (61), connecting stud (61) one end with sensor component (21) or alarm (24) fixed connection, connecting stud (61) with connecting hole (14) threaded connection.

The combustible gas detector of claim 2 wherein: an extension groove (7) and a clamping groove (8) are formed in the inner wall of the connecting hole (14), one end of the extension groove (7) is communicated with the outside, and the other end of the extension groove (7) extends towards the direction close to the accommodating cavity (11); the clamping groove (8) is communicated with one end of the extension groove (7) far away from the outside; a plurality of mounting grooves (9) are respectively formed in two opposite side walls of the extension groove (7), and the mounting grooves (9) on different side walls are arranged in a staggered mode along the extension direction of the extension groove (7); the connecting assembly (6) comprises two elastic clamping blocks (62), a plurality of sealing blocks (63), a spring (64), a connecting column (65) and a clamping rod (66), the two elastic clamping blocks (62) are respectively arranged on two opposite side walls of the clamping groove (8), and the elastic clamping blocks (62) are adjacently arranged at the communication position of the clamping groove (8) and the extension groove (7); the sealing blocks (63) are arranged corresponding to the mounting grooves (9), one end of each sealing block (63) is arranged in the mounting groove (9) in a sliding mode, and the other end of each sealing block (63) can abut against the side wall of the extension groove (7); one end of the sealing block (63) far away from the bottom of the mounting groove (9) is provided with a locking guide surface (631) and an unlocking guide surface (632), wherein the locking guide surface (631) faces to the communication part of the extension groove (7) and the outside, and the unlocking guide surface (632) faces to the communication part of the extension groove (7) and the clamping groove (8); one end of the spring (64) is fixedly connected with the sealing block (63), the other end of the spring is fixedly connected with the bottom of the mounting groove (9), and one end, far away from the bottom of the mounting groove (9), of the sealing block (63) can be abutted against the side wall of the extension groove (7) by the spring (64); one end of the connecting column (65) is fixedly connected with the sensor component (21) or the alarm (24), and the other end of the connecting column is arranged in the connecting hole (14) in a penetrating manner; clamping rod (66) one end fixed connection is in on the week side outer wall of spliced pole (65), the other end slidable sets up in extension groove (7) clamping rod (66) with locking guide face (631) and when unblock guide face (632) butt, sealing block (63) slip back in mounting groove (9) clamping rod (66) can be in when in draw-in groove (8), clamping rod (66) are by two elasticity grip block (62) press from both sides tightly.
