Abstract

467,238. Hinged sliding sashes. READ, W. Dec. 14, 1935, No. 34730. [Class 20 (iii)] The sashes 15, 12 are hinged to sliding stiles 6, 7, respectively, having plates 8, 9, attached thereto and guided at their edges by recessed parting and outerbeads. Opposite to the hinges, the beads are removably secured by pegs or the like, to permit of hinging the sashes. The removable inner bead may be secured by locking means.
