323,220. Wade, H., (Compagnie Continentale pour la Fabrication dcs Compteurs et Autres Appareils Soc. Anon). July 25, 1928. Gas meters.-In a dry gas meter each part 4 of the slide valves 1 is in communication with one side of a bellows 7, the gas passing over a plate 8 extending the whole width of the meter, and each port 5 is in communication with the other side of a bellows by a short conduit opening in the plate 8. The exhaust ports 2 communicate directly with a straight discharge conduit 3 extending the whole width of the meter to the discharge pipe 6, the lower part of the conduit beirg free from obstruction.
