Abstract
314,544. Pintsch Akt.-Ges., J. June 29, 1928, [Convention date]. Void [Published under Sect. 91 of the Acts]. Rotary converters and transformers.-A frequency changer for converting from low to medium or high frequency consists of a single armature machine in which the separate motor and generator stator windings usually employed are mounted on a common stator and the rotor windings on a common rotor. The numbers of poles on the motor and generator sides are so chosen as not to act on each other inductively. The voltage may be regulated by means of a series resistance or choking coils.
