Gas heating-stoves ; heat-retainers; air supply, regulating; sighting interior; atmospheric gas burners. - In a tubular gas-heated radiator the gases pass around or through a heat-storing body b of channel or like form arranged at the lower part above, the burner, a second heat-storing body a, around which the gases flow, being, arranged above the tubes. In the radiator shown, the gases pass through perforations in the body b, and also through a passage d in the body a leading to the flue. Primary air is supplied to the burner through a valve-controlled pipe g to avoid the back-firing which is liable to occur when the air supply aperture is formed in the burner tube. The draught may be regulated by a valve-controlled pipe c which supplies air to the flue. A mirror s facilitates inspection of the gas flames.
