Vehicle lamps.-A vehicle lamp fitted with a transparent parabolic reflector A in front of which is an electric lamp bulb D, and a rear parabolic reflector B in front of which is an electric lamp bulb C. has the silvered layer of the reflector A coated with a varnish coloured with cobalt blue or other colour adapted to absorb red rays. The bulb D is transparent, the bulb C of ground glass, and a switch is provided for lighting the bulbs one at a time. When the bulb D is lit an intense white light is reflected by the reflector A, and when the bulb C is lit the reflector A acts as a screen and produces a non-glaring coloured light.
