Vehicle lamps. - An electric lamp bulb for a lamp, of the type described in the parent Specification, is formed of a glass in which there is incorporated a blue, blue-green or other red ray absorbing material, and the lower part of the bulb is subsequently coated with a reflective substance. The foremost part and, if desired, also the rearmost part, of the bulb may have a denser coating of red ray absorbing material, or the reflecting material may be carried over the foremost part.
