The position of the quadrant may be determined also by a governor w driven from the pump a. A bye-pass valve g may be operated from a trigger lever n, mounted on the lever j, and connected to a slidable rod u, having a block v co-operating with a recess t in the quadrant, or having a spring pawl or tooth cooperating with a notch.
