Reflectors within bulbs.-A reflector 2 is associated with a circularly disposed filament 1 inside the bulb, in such a way as to give a uniform distribution of light over a plane surface. The reflector may be of the shapes shown or of othet shapes, including single conical or like shapes which may be arranged either above or below the filament. That shown in Fig. 7 is arranged for indirect lighting, but it may be inverted above the filament to throw all the light downwards.
