Driving-arrangements. - An electric driving arrangement for small domestic labour-saving machines forming a compact unit on a single support comprises a high-speed motor rigidly attached to the supporting member and a double reduction gear consisting of a worm drive from the motor shaft 5 to an intermediate shaft 6 and a toothed reduction drive from the shaft 6 to the load shaft 7, which projects from the gear casing for attachment to the driven machine. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 (3) (a) contains a general claim for driving domestic machines by a double transmission gearing in which the transmission is from a high speed motor shaft by worm gear to an intermediate shaft and from this shaft to the load shaft by spur wheels. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
