Opening tops.-In vehicles provided with a sliding hatch to close an aperture in the roof a handle is provided for moving 'the sliding hatch and also locking it in any position. The front part 3 of the hatch is provided with a handle 4 for moving the hatch and the handle has arms 9 operating transverse bolts 10 adapted to engage recesses 11 or teeth in rails 12 secured to the fixed part of the roof.
