Opening tops. - Road vehicles, particularly of the closed type, are provided in the roof with a number of panels hinged longitudinally and adapted to be opened or closed, either together or separately. As shown, lateral panels 3 are hinged to the part 2 of the roof and are provided with a locking device comprising a hinged rod 5 passing through a sleeve 7 and adapted to be locked by screw 8 and lever 9.
