Abstract

249,877. Weymann, C. T. March 26, 1925, [Convention date]. Doors for passenger vehicles. - In closedvehicle bodies, the frame members are formed of wooden strips which are of such a crosssection in relation to their length as to be in themselves flexible. The frame members 15, 16 of the doors are similarly flexible, and the doors are hinged to the uprights by hinges 12, 14 and are spaced at such a distance therefrom as to eliminate the possibility of jamming. Specification 174,933, [Class 108 (i), Road vehicles, Body details &c. of], is referred to. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 (3) (a) comprises also the use of flexible metal frame members. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
