Bodies.-The frame members of road vehicle bodies are constructed of rubber, rubber composition, wood and rubber or rubber composition or metal and rubber or rubber composition,. In the case of wood or metal members the rubber &c. may be formed as a tubular covering as at b, Fig. 3, or may be vulcanized or otherwise secured thereto as shown in Fig. 4. The body panels c, c<1> may be also of rubber and may be vulcanized to the frame members as shown at e, Fig. 3, or secured thereto by a strip i and screws f or bolts.
