374,756. Road vehicle bodies; doors for passenger vehicles. VIZCAYA, J. A. A. DE, Villa Le Haras, Chaville, Seine-et-Oise, France. Nov. 2, 1931, No. 30362. Convention date, Nov. 10, 1930. [Classes 103 (ii) and 108 (i).] In vehicle bodies especially of the closed type which are provided with at least two adjacent doors hinged at their remote edges the door locks are arranged to engage members b which are carried by frames a secured to the chassis. The frames a may form part of a frame c comprising a horizontal part c<1> and arms c<2> inclined as shown and preferably secured to the seat backs. The adjacent edges of the doors may be constructed to conform to the slope of of the arms c<2> to enlarge the rear door opening. If desired the members b may have a false standard extending to the roof.
