Invalids' bedsteads; bed-lifts; bedclothes, securing in position. - An invalid bedstead comprises a sheet 7 which can be secured to the bed frame by means of eyelets 9, studs 10, and hinged clamping members 11 which are secured by screws 13. The sheet 7 can alternatively be secured by similar means to a frame 14 which can be raised or lowered by means of nuts 17, screws 16 and the shafts 23, 25. Turn-buttons may be provided on the studs 10, instead of using clamping members 11. The sheet 7, which is preferably made in sections, can be removed by hooking it to the reel 30, slidably mounted on a revoluble shaft 31.
