Abstract

189,572. Buxton, F. J. B., and Buxton, B. Sept. 7, 1921. Expanding bedsteads. - A bed widener comprises a frame F, G, a mattress E attached thereto, and supporting brackets H each having a flange h to fit over the inner side of the bed rail C, D. In the form shown in Fig. 3, the bracket K is of modified form, and a second clamping bracket member M is provided, secured in adjusted position by the screw N and nut n.
