Bedsteads convertible into seats; rocking seats; rests.-In a chair convertible into a bed of the kind having the seat and back hinged together, the back B is suported in the vertical position by a rod which passes through holes E in the back legs of the chair and in the back. When the rod is removed the back falls down and rests on the back rail of the base A, and the rod is then passed through holes F in the side rails of the base and in the seat C. A legrest D folds underneath the seat when not in use.
