Bedsteads convertible into sofas and seats. -A settee, which can he converted into a cot or into a full-sized bed, comprises a bottom consisting of two parts a, b hinged at h, a hinged back consisting of two parts c, d hinged at i, and arms e and sides f, the sides overlapping the arms when the article is used as a settee, Fig. 1. Legs o may be hinged to the part d to support this part when extended. Fig. 2 shows the device used as a cot, and Fig. 4 shows the device being converted into a bed.
