Combined - flow type; working-fluid supply. - An internal-combustion turbine comprises a rotor A having peripheral pockets C which register with stator pockets F to form explosion chambers and which exhaust through ducts G to a bladed turbine on the same shaft. The charge is admitted to the explosion chambers through stator ports H and ports E in a disc secured to the rotor. Spring- loaded pistons D may be arranged in the bases of the rotor pockets to obtain slow running. The member B may be the rotor, and the member A the stator.
