Actuated by driving-mechanism disengagers.-When the clutch collar 142 of the driving mechanism of a leatherworking machine is brought to the neutral position a roller 164 on a lever 165 falls into a recess in the cam face 163 on an arm 160 and permits a spring 175 to apply a band brake 171 to stop the machine.
