242,209. Horn, J. Sept. 18, 1925. Rotary offset machines.-A rotary offset machine for printing multi-colour impressions is constructed so that the different coloured impressions are applied in succession to the same surface of the offset cylinder and are transferred separately to the paper. In the two-colour machine shown, a sheet is fed to the impression cylinder a<1> every second revolution, and it is rotated twice in contact with an offset cylinder b<1> receiving designs in succession from two printing-plates c<1>, c<2> of a plate, cylinder c. For a three-colour machine, the sheet is carried around the cylinder a<1> for three revolutions.
