Abstract

Pile, cutting.-A machine for cutting pile fabrics is provided at one end with a tension roller 8 and a series of rollers 3, 4, 5 geared together to rotate at the same surface speed. At the other end is a tension roller 15, and a second series of rollers 12, 13. 14 which are driven at a slightly greater speed than the first series to tension the fabric.
