Abstract

Regulating. - In order to prevent the formation of excess pressure between the compressor 2 and the carburettor 9, this pressure is reduced as the ordinary mixture throttle 8 is closed, by means of an additional throttle 4, which is arranged in the compressor inlet, and either connected bv links to the throttle 8 for simultaneous actuation, or connected to a spring-controlled piston or membrane 13 which is subjected to the pressure in the delivery pipe 10 of the compressor.
