277,779. Ellor, J. E. March 20, 1923. Regulating.-A turbine wheel 5 driven by the exhaust gas from an internal combustion engine is regulated by means of one or more' butterfly valves 7 in nozzle passages 3. The valves 7 may be operated by a governor.
