Instantaneous generators; feedwater, supplying.-Steam generating tubes a heated by the same or by separate furnaces are connected to a steam and water drum c, and a definite quantity of water is forced into each tube by a pump. The tubes may be supplied with water by the separate cylinders of a multi-cylinder pump. According to the Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 (3) (a) the water is supplied by a single pump having branched outlets fitted with regulating valves. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
