Regulating delivery by opening delivery valves. -A pump such as a tyre-press pump or a testing pump has a high-pressure plunger 4 and a low-pressure plunger 5 both operated by the same hand-lever 14. A hand-lever 12 with a cam 11 is provided for lifting the low-pressure suction valve 9, so as to put the low-pressure plunger out of action at any desired moment.
