Locking-catches. - In a rotary plug cock having a self-locking hinged finger piece or handle d with a lateral projection e adapted to engage a notch f in the valve casing, a second lateral projection g is provided on the opposite side so that the two projections ride upon the upstanding part i of the casing and prevent the rocking movement of the finger piece relatively to the plug when the plug is in the open position.
