Abstract

203,953. Hunt, R. Nov. 10, 1922. Fittings, internal.- A rectangular or other angular shaped box for a filament lamp or other fragile article is provided with tongues cut out of the body to support the article. Each tongue 10 is formed from two adjoining sides, the cut 8 extending upon both sides of a corner 7. The cap of the lamp may be supported by end flaps 20 which are cut away to form an aperture 22. The flaps closing the bottom of the box are recessed at the sides and are held together within the end of the box by the parts projecting beyond the recesses.
