Abstract
10,643. Gottlieb, A. C. F. May 23, 1913, [Convention date]. Starting.-In a four-stroke cycle engine having terminal admission and exhaust ports and a crank chamber forming a pump space, fuel-injection air, which is stored in a reservoir d, may be returned to the cylinder through a mechanically-actuated valve c at starting. During normal working, air from the cylinder is transferred to the reservoir through the valve c on alternate compression strokes.
