Combinations of interdependent valves. - A valve device for use with steam-superheaters is provided with a single inlet b controlled by a screw-operated lift valve and with a pair of outlets c, d controlled by a rotary plug valve, so that they may be used simultaneously or alternatively or one may be regulated while the other is kept fully open. The lift valve i, which is housed inside the plug, is actuated by a spindle g and contacts with a seat secured to the lower end of the rotary plug e, which is provided with three ports 1, 2, 3 and is actuated by a handle f.
