Electromagnetic switches. - A contactor 12 in a motor control system is oppositely attracted by two electromagnets 10, 11 having iron parts 18, 19 disposed so that the magnetic flux of each magnet is independent of the other. Calibration is effected by varying the air-gap between the electromagnet 11 and its armature 16. Specifications 9112/06 a n d 120,829 are referred to.
