Driving auxiliary parts. - In twowheeled motor-vehicles provided with auxiliary lateral supporting wheels, the latter are raised and lowered by powerdriven means forming part of the change-speed gearing of the vehicle. The auxiliarv wheels are carried by or connected to a hollow shaft g having a sliding member h which can be clutched either to the gear-box or to one of the gear-wheels i of the change-speed gear. The member h is controlled by springs k and a lever f. When the sliding gear-wheels c are moved to vary the speed, a flange e fixed thereto operates the lever f and clutches the shaft g to the gear-wheel i. The flange e and lever fare so proportioned that after the shaft g has rotated through (say) 180‹ the member h is freed from the gear-wheel, by the lever f slipping past the flange e, and is again locked to the gear-box or other fixed part.
