Abstract

174,302. Declaye, J. April 27, 1921. Breech actions, sliding breech-block.-Relates to automatic pistols having the barrel secured by a rotary joint, and consists in locking the joint, when the trigger is pulled, by a projection 11 on the trigger which enters a groove 12 in the barrel and thereby prevents it turning. The safety device comprises a rotary bolt 6 having a round portion 9 adapted to engage a notch 7 in the sear-operating link 8.
