Air-heating fittings for use with fire-places; open fire-places. - An air-heating device for use in domestic fire-grates is formed of telescopic sections, thus allowing of adjustability to any size of fire-place. Fig. 1 shows the device in position in the grate; the air-heating chamber D is formed of two box-like sections e, f, the former telescopic within the latter. Cold air enters through the tubular arms g, h, and is discharged in a heated condition through similar arms, i, j. These arms are also telescopically adjustable, as shown in Fig. 5.
