Plug cocks.-In single or multiple-way fuel or compression cocks having a frusto-conical body 1 with axial or longitudinal inlet and outlet passages 2, 3, 3<a> and a rotary-sleeve valve member 7, the valve members are maintained in close contact by resilient means, such as a spring 9. For use as a compression cock, a cup-member 11 is fitted to the inlet end, as shown.
