Abstract

107,335. Enzer, J. Nov. 27, 1916 Plug cocks; actuating-mechanism.-In a valve for controlling the entry of water vapour to the cylinders of an internal-combustion engine, the plug 4 of the valve is turned by a lever 8 and is pressed upon its seating by a spring 6 held in place by a screwed cap 5. The lever 8 is operated by a wire 24 connected to a handle 26. The water vapour is delivered through perforations in an extension 1 of the valve casing.
