Actuating.-A floatvalve 8 in a carburetter for internal-combustion engines is screwed into a hollow spindle which is actuated bv the float shown through a lever. The valve is adjusted relatively to the float by turning it in the hollow spindle. It is locked in position by a screw entering the other end of the spindle.
