Abstract

1448454 Switch box SIMPLEX BLACO Ltd 13 Jan 1975 [9 Nov 1973] 52111/73 Heading H1N [Also in Division H2] A bracket 11 slidable in one direction only is held on the inner side of a metal box (not shown) by integral tongues 15, 16 engaging the channel formed by bracket members 13, 17 and 18. The tongues 15, 16 are formed and bent through 180 degrees with the bracket 11 in position after which the bracket is not disengageable. In another embodiment (Fig. 2, not shown) only one T-shaped tongue is used. The screw holes 14 receive mounting screws of the box coverplate (not shown) and the sliding arrangement allows hole-screw alignment.
