Measuring-apparatus.-In air or gas meters employing means such as a Venturi tube A and tubes C, D disposed as shown, the tube C is connected to the expansion chamber of a differential pressure gauge E and the tube D to the other chamber. Where gas and air are used together, e.g. for furnaces &c., two meters are employed, the calibrations of the dials being connected by lines f<1> to indicate the correct mixture of gas and air for combustion.
