1393900 Cycle brake operating mechanisms RALEIGH INDUSTRIES Ltd 11 May 1972 [18 Aug 1971] 38704/71 Heading B7E A double lever cycle brake operating mechanism comprises a support 15 adapted to be secured to the housing 10 of a single lever mechanism by a clamp 16 and pivotally mounting about a pin 18 the second lever 19, the lever 19 having an aperture 29 which locates the end nipple 23 of a brake cable sheath and through which the cable core passes to be connected to the lever 11. A stop 24 is provided on lever 19 and actuation of either lever will operate the brake connected to the cable.
