1,093,809. Cycle brakes. WEINMANN A.G Sept. 21, 1966, No. 42183/66. Heading B7E A centre pull cable operated pivoted lever brake having torsion springs 7, 8 and levers 1 and 2 pivoted on pins 3 and 4 has its lever 2 provided with a loosely mounted bracket 13 (see also Fig. 2, not shown) which partly surrounds the lever 1 so that when the brake is operated the lever arms positively rock together, the bracket 13 sliding along the lever 1 which moves the lever 2. In Fig. 3 (not shown), a spigot on one lever engages in a slot in the other lever to produce mutual rocking movement.
