1385707 Printing press W JUSTICE 8 Nov 1972 [9 Nov 1971] 51922/71 Heading B6C A web-fed stereotype printing press has a web 4 carried round an impression roller 7 and at least one stereotype roller S inked by an inking roller I in which a drive gear 9 meshes with a gear 8 coaxial with the impression roller to drive that roller, a coaxial sprocket and the stereotype rollers via the gear 8 and the ink rollers I via a chain engaging sprockets on the ink rollers and the sprocket coaxial with gear 8. The stereo rollers are adjustable in two directions by means of screws on mountings 62. The sprocket chain may also drive rewind spools 41<SP>1</SP>.
