Abstract

1378563 Wall facing JOHNS-MANVILLE CORP 3 May 1972 20484/72 Heading E1W Hollow wall facing panels, e.g. 12, are fixed to a structural wall at their upper or lower edge by means of clips 10, each with a channel section portion 20 having a base 28 and side walls 24, 26 which, at least adjacent the edge of the panels, are biased away from each other into engagement with the interior surfaces of the panels. The clip may be of steel, and may have a slotted upper arm 32 and a circular aperture 36 in a lower arm, the arms being fixed to the top or bottom of the wall. The side walls preferably diverge upwardly from the base, as shown.
